After the moderately challenging climb, the landscape opens up to the plateau. Simply beautiful. We had a picnic here and watched the sheep grazing, their bells ringing.

The Genna Silana pass is a beautiful crossing point that says goodbye to the Supramonte and opens up to Ogliastra...or vice versa ☺️

Absolutely great route for biking

Climbing towards the top of Mount Corrasi, you cross the vast pass of Scala 'e Marras, at 1,260 meters above sea level. From here, the views are spectacular. From the saddle, a clearly visible track descends steeply towards the north-west and allows you to quickly lose altitude along the western slope.

From the Pradu pass, at 1,220 metres, a spectacular panorama opens up over the plateau and the vast limestone expanses of the wild Supramonte. Turning your gaze south, you clearly see the path that leads to Mount Corrasi.

Great view of the valley and a barbecue area where sometimes there are super hospitable Italians offering wine.

Parking options very limited. Maybe 2 to 3 cars on the shoulder. The panorama is beautiful. The sign shows 20 minutes.

Beautiful step to take with any bicycle. Very windy at times. Driven in April there was only a little motorcycle traffic. Scary asphalt.
