Beautiful hiking area, but unfortunately the path to the lake is forbidden for dogs 😡

Lake Mindelsee is located in a nature reserve, bathing/swimming 🏊♀️ is prohibited 🚫. Except at this point. Cycling 🚴 is prohibited, dogs 🐕 are not allowed at this point, but swimming is allowed here. There is even a jetty from which you can get into the water or two steps at the edge.

This is the only place you can go into the water at Mindelsee. There is a (very) small meadow, a jetty into the lake and a small developed area for a shallow entry into the water. Very idyllically located at the end of a narrow path and quite crowded on warm weekends.
