A beautiful city park, located behind the Weimar Congress Center. At its center is a large body of water, surrounded by meadows and flowerbeds with pathways. It also features many striking trees. Interesting concerts are regularly held on the lakeside stage.

At the entrance to Töttleben, looking back, in the distance is the hill we crossed a few hours ago. The small village church is beautiful, with the village pond in front of it. The Hopfgarten dam near Weimar serves to protect against flooding and to increase the low water levels of the Gramme, a tributary of the Unstrut. The barrier structure is a 368 m long and 15 m high earth dam. It is also a swimming lake, there are beautiful secluded spots around the reservoir.
