標高約900メートル、ヨートゥンヘイメンの端に位置するベイテストーレンは、ノルウェーで最も有名な山岳デスティネーションの1つです。夏には、ハイキングやマウンテンバイクの広範なトレイルネットワークを提供し、コンパクトな村の中心部からはリフト、宿泊施設、レストラン、アウトドア施設に簡単にアクセスできます。

Blå Flytは、Beitostølen Trail Arenaのアルペンスロープを駆け下りる、専用に作られたフロー・トレイルです。スムーズなカーブ、ローラー、ブリッジが満載で、中級者から上級者のマウンテンバイカーに遊び心のあるライディングを提供します。一方、リフトを使えば、何度も繰り返しトレイルを楽しむことができます。スピードを上げる前に、一度ゆっくりとしたペースでラインを覚えるために走ってみてください。

Slettefjellkiosken is a Mjølkevegen Partner and a great place to reload batteries - for both e-bikes and people! Enjoy a waffle and a soda or a cup of coffee. Here at the southern end of the Slettefjellet mountain pass the two main route alternatives, via Slettefjellet and via Tyin, meet. The rest shelters by Mjølkevegen along the route are called "Mjølkerampe" in Norwegian, referring to the stands where milk buckets were placed to be collected by the passing milk vehicle. This one is located at Vassklepp, along Jotunheimvegen, with a great view over Lake Vinstre. Enjoy your break, and please do not litter.
