The tour runs along beautiful lakeside paths, through pretty villages, and across vast fields and meadows. The Great Plön Lake Tour takes you to almost all the places on the Great Plön Lake. The approximately two-hour tour on the double-decker boat "Holstein Switzerland" starts at the Fegetasche pier on Strandweg in Plön. From there, the tour continues into Plön's town bay, where you have a stunning view of Plön Castle, which sits almost directly on the shore on the Schlossberg hill. The tour continues towards Princes' Island and finally to the smaller towns of Ascheberg and Dersau, until the "Holstein Switzerland" returns to its "home port" at Fegetasche. If you like being on or by the water, you'll find everything you need to relax in the small, tranquil village of Dersau: in addition to a stroll along the promenade or mooring in the sailing harbor, you can also take an idyllic swim here. A beautiful natural bathing area with a lawn and sandy beach also invites guests to take a refreshing dip in the lake in summer.
