モラッハ湖はかつての火口でした。 今日は水が少なかったですが、睡蓮が咲くには十分でした。 踏み分け道で簡単に一周できます。

カルトンタール池の湿地は、バーデン＝ヴュルテンベルク州森林管理局が「ヨーロッパの湿地保護」プログラムに貢献するため、1976年の自然保護年に構想され、1977年から79年にかけて造成されました。細長い楕円形をしたこの湿地は、自然の入り江とともに川岸に調和して溶け込んでいます。主堤防さえも、自然の景観を損なわないように、緩やかな斜面に巧みに隠されています。池は約300メートル、幅80メートルです。小さな島を除いた水面は約1.1ヘクタールです。多くの希少な動物種がこの湿地に定着しています。動物学や生物学に興味のある人々にとって、ここは素晴らしい観察場所となっています。 大きな池の後ろには、さらに小さな池があり、カルトンタール小川が大きな池に流れ込んでいます。カルトンタール小川は、カルトンタール水源というカルスト泉から湧き出しています。

Nice location for everyone who is looking for a quiet and uncrowded place. The restaurant at the front near the power plant is recommended. The lower storage basin cannot be completely circumnavigated on a bike path, but rather it goes off-road.
