Monte Cervati with its 1899 meters is the highest peak in Cilento and the second in Campania. It can be reached by paths that start from Sanza, Piaggine or from Monte San Giacomo and offers 360-degree views of the Cilento National Park, Vallo di Diano and Alburni.

The Passo della Beta is a pass immersed in the beech wood of Monte Gelbison, located at about 1300 meters above sea level below the summit. From here begins the last stretch of climb that leads to the top, or it can also be reached from other paths that start from Cannalonga or Rofrano.
