A very beautiful part of town, located right on the water. It really reminds you of Venice with all the bridges and the houses that are right on the water. In the summer, however, there is a lot going on here - well into the night.

The church was first mentioned in documents in the 14th century. The nave, which has a gable roof, was renovated in 1669. It was renovated in 1873 and again in the 1980s. One of the downsides of the Unstruttal cycle path is that it often leads past towns and so you don't see too much of the town's urban structure. That's why I took a quick turn here.
