The parish church of St. Anna is the Catholic parish church of the village of Stahle, which belongs to the district town of Höxter and thus to the Catholic pastoral association of Corvey. Until 1669, the village belonged to the parish of Albaxen and then became an independent parish. The parish church was built in 1697 as a simple baroque building. However, only the main facade with the beautiful baroque portal and the tower from 1732 remain of this old church. The church building was rebuilt from 1963 onwards. Several historical items have been preserved inside: the high altar from around 1700, the baptismal font in the shape of a cup from 1670 and the side altars as well as several individual pieces. The main entrance to the church was open.

Stahle's small open-air theater is built into the mountainside and features interesting structures such as an old tower.

At the edge of the path between Stahle and the Marienkapelle stands the stone with the image of Mary and the words Ave Maria.

The Marienkapelle on Feldberg dates back to a vow made in the cholera year of 1834. It is the easternmost Marian pilgrimage site in the Archdiocese of Paderborn and in North Rhine-Westphalia. Inside the chapel there is a beautiful figure of Mary on the high altar. I found the chapel open.

A large cross that can be seen from afar stands on the Feldberg and commemorates the war and calls for peace! Up to date!

The Feldberg offers a great view of the Weser Valley and of Stahle and Holzminden.
