Playful rock sculptures, very lovingly designed.

Highly recommended even in winter, a beautiful piece of nature.

Completely run down. The jetty was dilapidated. The pond was nothing more than an uninviting mess, and there was no access to it. Unfortunately, it's slowly becoming overgrown. Even a place to rest (a bench or similar) is nowhere to be found.

Truly fantastic. Beautiful hut with a wide selection of food and drinks. The location couldn't have been better chosen. Surrounded by rocks, the Marderbach stream flows alongside the campsite, where children can play carefree in the water. There's also a Kneipp pool and a few hammocks. Right next to the hut and the campsite is the entrance to the Marderbach Gorge. A truly beautiful area. I only happened to pass by because I extended my hike a bit and wanted to visit the Marderbach Gorge. Highly recommended.

Räubertisch (robber's table) in Schmalwassergrund, large selection of beer, cocktails, and food from the local butcher 👍🏻 Plenty of places to relax, lounge chairs, hammocks, or simply sit at the "Räubertisch" (robber's table). Ideal as a starting point or destination for a hike, bike ride, or walk. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere 👍🏻

Since June, there's been a lovely snack bar here, the Räubertisch! It's an ideal starting point or destination for a hike. The snack bar is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. From there, you can head to the Marderbach Gorge, the new dam, the old dam, the Falkenstein, or simply enjoy nature.
