Good pub to rest in. Tea and coffee excellent toilets. tables out front and garden to rear. food available.

Fun fact, i got stuck in the toilet as a kid here and he'd to bring rescued by my grandfather

A lovely local pub and worth the very small detour to stop in and have a drink.

Scenic ride however not many options and a couple of dead ends worth including in your ride though. No real inclines just some gentle ups and downs.

Minsmere is a RSPB nature reserve wetland area on the Suffolk coast. Look out for avocets, bearded tits and bitterns as well as a host of other birds and otters.

Adnams pub, open 12-3, 6-11, has an Inn and campsite.

The detached round tower of Bramfield St Andrew’s, built about 18 feet south-west of the Church, is unusual. It has very thick walls, possibly for stability as it has no nave to give support. It was probably built in the early 14th century, about the same time as the nave and chancel. It now has 15th century Tudor brick belfry openings and later brick repairs and battlements.
