Outwoods Bridge carries a bridleway over the Coventry Canal. It was completed in 1789 and has remained passable ever since, although it's been leisure only since 1947.

A good place to stop off and refuel should you need to after riding the hills to the south.

From this spot, you get far-reaching views over Warwickshire and beyond. There are a couple of benches from which you can admire the landscape. It is worth exploring Hartshill Hayes Country Park, which is composed of two ancient hilly woodlands renowned for stunning displays of bluebells in spring.

Cobbled streets to the church , secure your bottles.

Great little stop off if using the canal tow path through here, good food, good atmosphere, and a fantastic beer garden in the summer.

A busy part of the canal with lots of boats moored up, even the chance to lend a hand with some lone boaters needing a bit of help with the locks.

Walking in the wood first thing in the morning is just fantastic with a really good chance of see deer.
