Nice place to have a quick break

Great stop for a pic lunch or refreshing drink in the beer garden.

Not so bad, deep gulley at the bottom and a short rooty section to contend with

Quite difficult to spot from Mansfield Road, narrow singletrack through Bluebells (in the spring). Classed as a Bridleway, but is more like a footpath.

Into the paradise of Warsop.

There’s currently a tree blocking the route at the top, it’s easy to climb over with the bike but if I was on a horse I’d avoid until it’s been cleared

If you’re coming from Cuckney it’s a long and fairly straight gradual single track climb, or if you’re headed to Cuckney, Enjoy the descent!

A gorgeous country pub, the Greendale Oak still contains original features that go back almost 1,500 years. Expect hearty pub grub by the roaring fire and friendly hospitality. The pub is named after an oak tree that was famous for its immense size, which is unfortunately now gone. The first Duke of Portland once had a 10-foot (3 m) tall arch cut out of the trunk to prove that he could drive a carriage through it.
