Born in Dresden on February 4, 1821, the youngest son of Friedrich August Hammer (1785-1855), accounting secretary at the Royal Ministry of the Interior, Guido Hammer showed an early aptitude for hunting. We ate here. Extremely attentive service. A highly recommended restaurant with a large indoor and outdoor area. Regional cuisine and a good selection of dishes. We were there during "Green Week," and it featured a nice selection of veggie dishes. It offers the full range, and veggie and vegan options are clearly marked. You can also stay overnight here. There's also a large children's playground and a beer garden.
