ピエリネンでの周辺の簡単なハイキングとウォーキング

There are countless secluded sandy coves along the shores of Lake Pielinen. Imagine taking a dip if the weather is hot, or you could just wade in the water.

Camping site with a fire pit and a toilet. You should bring water with you, though, as the next water source is a bit further away.

Access to the banks of the Pielinen is usually blocked by private land or dense pathless vegetation. It's different here: free access to a small but nice sandy beach 👏 Hikers pack their swimming trunks 👍

... or is that over? The lighting is still there, but nature is reclaiming the slope. The overview board for the ski area fell over and rotted 🤔

The view into the distance is usually blocked by trees; here the forest opens up for a wide view over the Pielinen. This is how the great landscape becomes visible for the hiker 😍

A steep winding staircase descends 83 steps to the water and then - nothing but a few rocks and a lovely view of the lake; no beach and no place to stay 😳

Nice campsite with sandy beach at Pielinen. The undivided pitches are scattered in the pine forest on the shore. Great starting point for hikes in the area 👍

Even when it rains, you still have a beautiful view of the Pielinen 👍
