スターニョディプラタモナでの周辺の簡単なハイキングとウォーキング

Small but charming cycle path along the Portotorres seafront. From the port, it goes up to the little church and the Balai beach passing through the city beaches of Scoglio Lungo and Acque Dolci. Acque Dolci is a free equipped beach: there are showers, bars, lifeguard service. Perfect for families, even if it is very crowded in summer.

Singular Nuragic altar. Note on the site The spherical stone attributable to the sun and the smaller neighbor attributable to the moon.

Beautiful beach that is not too crowded in October and is often visited by locals.

Also known as the Church of San Gavino a Mare, the martyrs Gavino, Proto and Gianuario are buried here. Inside there are the niches where the bodies of the saints are said to have been hidden immediately after their beheading in 303 AD.

A small church built on a cliff. It's worth taking a quick look inside. Without much pomp, but very special in your own way.

The Platamona pond derives its name from the Greek and means flat surface. In fact it is a flat area where you feel like a guest of luxuriant nature. It is a perfect place for birdwatchers.

The church of Balai Lontano, also called Santu Bainzu ischabizzaddu church, is built in limestone and its corners are reinforced by granite columns. It is dedicated to the port martyr Gavino like the church of Balai Vicino.
