There is the presence of the wolf (even if it is difficult to meet him), but also of wild boars, foxes, and there is also the peregrine falcon. In the woods it is possible to observe black truffles, mushrooms and blackberries.

Tallacano is a small village located at an altitude of 660 metres, with houses built with tuff. The town is surrounded by various mountains, for example: Monte Ceresa, Monte Monterone and Monte Scaloni.
