Toul-Ru beach in Mesquer is a rocky beach that serves as a nautical base for a sailing school. It is located next to the port and is a pleasant little spot to go for a walk.

The Mesquer salt works are salt marshes from which the extracted salt benefits from the prestigious “Sel de Guérande” label. Along the trails, you can discover preserved wildlife and salt workers at work. Walking them is an ideal day hike.

With the port of Kercabellec to its right and Sorlock beach to its left, the Pointe de Merquel stands proudly in the Atlantic. Opposite is the headland of Pen-Bé. The culvert widens to the Bay of Més. The salt marshes of Més extend to the land. A monastery was built on the Point de Merquel in 1278 and destroyed in 1615. A legacy of the Benedictine monks of St Gildas de Rhuys and dedicated to Notre Dame de Marrel. The site, steeped in history, has retained its charm.
