A dam was recently built to raise the water level in Rosinfenn - this has turned the path into a very nice route, albeit a very short one.

In summer this part of the path is quite overgrown. You can get through without a machete, but sturdy clothing is highly recommended.

The hiking trail around the lake is very nice and a few benches invite you to take a break. The beaver is hard at work here. When hiking through the Plagefenn, you should definitely take the lake with you. The path is difficult but worth it.
