Bring binoculars

A fantastic site - it's not easy to find more details online. The two large inner walls (west-east and south-border) are striking. In the middle are the remains of a chapel, which was added much later. The outer enclosure wall is also clearly visible, and you can even still make out structures that may have once been gates. The path leading west out towards the city passes through such a gap in the wall. Beautiful at sunrise!

If you want to climb or hike you have come to the right place.

Across the way you can see the large cave structure which is the beginning of the climbing area Mars. Binoculars help but usually many people standing at the bottom.

Beautiful views but the trail is quite rugged

This picturesque mountain village can be reached via a winding road. Kosmas is located 1119m above sea level in Arcadia on the Peloponnese. The church and pottery are worth seeing. The restaurants invite you to take a break.

A stroll through this little town is worthwhile! The backdrop of the red, rugged rocks is fascinating. In winter, climbers meet here.
