Sørlandshagen is a vast, north-south oriented bay on Værøy island in the Lofoten archipelago, featuring a wide stony beach backed by dramatic granite cliffs.

Here the path ends, and what a great view you have from here! The coast, the peaks, a classic northern view! Worth walking to this point.

This trail leads from Kjerringøy up to the Middagshaugen viewpoint. The path ascends the hill, rewarding you with panoramic views over the trading post, the Vestfjorden, and the surrounding peaks.

Middagshaugen is a hill located near Kjerringøy. Reaching the top requires a short hike, and from the summit you are rewarded with excellent views overlooking the Vestfjorden and the dramatic alpine peaks of the peninsula.

Børvågen is a small hamlet located in the Lofoten Islands. In the beautiful natural environment where it is situated, a charming little rocky outcrop stands out.

This spot offers a magnificent view of Husvågen Fjord in the Lofoten Islands. The rocky path leading there immerses you in a mineral world that invites tranquillity.

Børvågaksla is a small peak 90 metres above sea level. The natural setting in which it is located is absolutely charming. It is possible to see Svolvær in the distance.

On your way to the lake you will cross this bridge.

Tussvatnet lake is a quiet water body where you can enjoy nature and take amazing pictures.

Enjoy this beautiful path through the woods, where you breathe pure nature.

The trailhead for this hike is located here on the side of the road. There is parking available, as well as a breathtaking view of the fjord at water level.

At the end of the trail, you can admire the force of the torrent as it plunges into Svartvatnet. Find yourself a rock by the water's edge and enjoy the view.

Whether you want to take a ferry or not, your arrival in Vinstad inevitably means passing through the pier. Close to the water, you can admire a spectacular view of the fjord, unobstructed by anything. The ferry from Vinstad takes you back to Reine, but can also take you to other branches of the fjord to explore other trails.

From here, you will find a small window overlooking Fjøsdalskaret. You can admire the fjord with its small archipelagos, villages, and mountains. The view is both spectacular and soothing.

Indeed a very nice fjord on the way to/from the beach. Met a friendly local on the way back to the pier and we had a nice informative chat. Be prepared for a picnic if the café is closed.

Good ferry that runs regularly but it is closed on public holidays make sure and check ahead to make sure you can can use it

This beautiful lake is visited on the hike up to Keiservarden. These trails are much-loved by the people of Bødo. The trail here was inaugurated by Queen Sonja in 2016 and it's thought that around 100,000 locals ascend to Keiservarden every year.

Keiservarden is a real favourite for the people of Bødo. In 2016, Queen Sonja officially open the sherpa-built trail up to the summit. At the top of the climb, there's a circular viewfinder that allows you to name the surrounding islands and peaks.
