It's interesting to know who, or rather where, these aviation enthusiasts come to Laucha. The unique hillside location and the warm weather make it easy for gliders and hang gliders to take flight. But hikers also enjoy fabulous views of the Unstrut Valley.

The geotrail isn't just interesting from a geological perspective. I was particularly fascinated by the many orchids and the fantastic view of the landscape.
