There are several stone coffins from the 12th century in the former cemetery. The coffins made of Mainz sandstone were probably used to bury wealthy merchants in places that were later submerged in storm floods. The listed building at Markt 1 in Leck was built in 1797 as a farmhouse and then served as an inn. In 1836, Christian Riese Mecklenburg opened the first pharmacy in Leck in the building.
