ニールスバッハでの周辺の簡単なハイキングとウォーキング

It's a great place to take a break. There's a comfortable place to sit and a fountain. There's no sign saying you shouldn't drink the water, so it's probably fresh spring water. It tasted good and the water bottles we filled up there were well tolerated.

A little off the Eifelsteig we find this idyllic resting place. Nice place for a short break.

The municipality of Niersbach bought the house in 2010 and renovated it. The Niersbach-Greverath Foundation financed a significant part of the costs. In 2015, a small museum was set up in the former village smithy with the help of the local history and tourist association "Hedelischgippscha Greverath".

How must it have been for the people back then when they set up such crosses.

The Wenzelhausener Weg is fun. The Meulenwald is beautiful.

The old forester's house is located in the middle of the forest.

The old wayside cross is located at the former natural monument "Thick Oak".

Great resting place under a tree with Kneipp basins, which were covered in November so that no leaves fall in. Still a perfect place for a break.
