The renovated frog fountain was officially opened at the children's and school center in Vielau in October 2013. The landmark, built in the 1930s, has been extensively restored over the past three years. The initiative for this came from the municipality and the Museum Brewery Association in 2010. In 1709/10 the old church was torn down and a new one built, and construction was completed in November 1710. 1870/71 The Peter-Paul Church received extensions on the east and west sides and its galleries.
