SpessartrampeとSchwarzkopftunnelの運用停止に伴い、163年にわたる旧Heigenbrücken駅の歴史は2017年6月15日に終了しました。 勾配がわずかに減少した（21.7パーミルから21パーミルへ）短い路線が、2017年6月19日から段階的に運用を開始しました。 2017年6月15日から19日にかけて、新しいSpessartrampeが全面閉鎖中に既存のネットワークに接続され、新しいHeigenbrücken停車駅が運用を開始しました。 出典: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spessartrampe

小さい（Etzbachbogen）と大きいHolzmannbogenは、1850年頃の鉄道建設工事の一環として建設された2つの赤色砂岩の建造物です。Etzbachbogen（小さいHolzmannbogen）は長さ40m、Dunkle Bogen（大きいHolzmann橋）は長さ140mです。 LaufachのWendelstein橋、Meidhof橋、Sachsenhäuser橋の隣には、HainにあるChausseebogenと呼ばれる橋が連邦道路B26を跨いでいます。この橋は長さ51m、高さ14m、幅11.6mです。この高架橋はHainの顕著なシンボルとなっています。 出典：現地の案内板

A rest and refreshment station has been created at the western portal of the former Schwarzkopf Tunnel at a historic site. Water was previously collected from both sides using wells and, during the steam locomotive era, used to fill the water taps there. All of the water was of drinking water quality and was used, among other things, to supply the train stations in Heigenbrücken, Laufach, Hösbach, Goldbach, and Aschaffenburg. This water is still available today. At the refreshment station, visitors can refresh themselves with the spring water from the Schwarzkopf spring using a pump (hydraulic "ram's head"), cool their feet, hands, and legs in water tubs, and relax on a small seating area. The refreshment station was officially opened on October 3, 2020. In 2018, Laufach street artist Max Hasenstab created a graffiti at the tunnel portal depicting a steam locomotive and a man with a speech bubble.
