I liked the restaurant a few meters before the fairytale forest the best. It's so beautifully quiet and beautiful. I've been there several times. The first time, unfortunately, was for a sad reason. A good friend of my wife and me is buried there in the Ruhewald. We had known each other for almost 50 years.

Really cute forest with lots of hidden highlights and an ongoing story.

Christmas trees are very small, but still cute

especially with children it is a must - I had to take my niece and nephew piggyback and they always wanted to go to the "Trixer" ;)

The hiking trail is not recommended with a stroller because you have to drive over roots and stones. With older children who can walk the whole route alone, it is ideal 😁

The stream offers a little refreshment for everyone.
