In 1985, the property was leased by the then owner, Rosa Gutmann (1912–2003), to the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X, and after her death in 2003, it was bequeathed to them.

The Lehenhüttenteich (formerly: Lehenhüttelteich) is fed by the outflowing water from the Rotenrohrteich and flows on into the Drescherteich.

The Schlosspark or Steinmauer pond is located in Jaidhofen Castle Park and was formerly used for fish farming. It drains into the Rotenrohr pond through a sluice gate.

The Drescher Pond is the largest of the Jaidhof ponds and was formerly used for fish farming. It receives the outflow from the Schweizer Pond, the Straßen Pond, and the Lehenhüttel Pond and drains through a bottom outlet (Zapfen). The stream is called the Roth and flows into the Bruchetbach, which flows into the Kamp River.

The Schweizerhof Pond (formerly also Fähnrich Pond) is a small pond next to the former forester's lodge - now Schweizerhof.

The icehouse was used as such until the war years. On December 1, 1986, the Jaidhof Local History Museum Association "Altes Eishaus" was founded, and the building was converted into a museum.

The icehouse was built in 1905 and primarily served to store ice so that cold storage facilities and iceboxes could be supplied year-round. In winter, blocks of ice were cut from the surrounding ponds and placed in the icehouse. This created a huge block of ice, which had the natural cooling effect of a small iceberg.
