The Forchtenstein bathing reservoir is fed by the Haidbach. It is located in the middle of "Paradise", as the side valley of the Rosalien Mountains is called. The Heuberg transmitter is a broadcasting facility of the ORS. Located in the municipal area of Forchtenstein, just below the highest peak of the Rosaliengebirge, on the Heuberg, the system went into operation in 1981 and is used to broadcast VHF radio and television programs.
