The Fichtensee is not a natural lake, but rather a man-made body of water created at an altitude of 1,700 meters, a width of 95 meters, and a depth of 12 meters. The lake is a fun place for children and adults to swim in, and pedal boats, parasols, and loungers are available for rent for a fee.
