The Herzkämper Erbstollen is a former mine tunnel in the Ruhr region. The tunnel was also known as the Hertzkämper Erbstollen or Herzkämper Stolln. It was located in Hattingen-Oberelfringhausen / Sprockhövel-Herzkamp. At 3,800 meters, the Herzkämper Erbstollen was one of the longest mine tunnels in the entire Ruhr region. Something for those interested in mining

Located close to Hof Fahrentrappe (which was first mentioned in documents in 837).

The wind turbine is always a good orientation point on the many extensive hiking trails around the Bergerhof. On weekends and when the weather is nice, however, the Bergerhof is incredibly crowded and many people flock to the Bergerhof from further afield.

A detour for a bench is not worth it but apart from this patch of forest, benches are rather rare or very old and weathered.

The parking lot is shady and you can start hiking straight away. The access is one lane with few opportunities to avoid each other. I can well imagine that it could be chaotic at times if someone can't handle reversing or is just stubborn.

I don't know if it's rustic, but it's definitely practical.

Even if a lot of it is a bit artificial, as is typical for a golf course, the green here is really particularly green.
