Gorgeous park with outs of beautiful riding!

Riding here is Vera nice on paved roads with no motorized vehicles allowed. Note that it does cost 2$ to enter on bike. It is well worth it!

A great little park amongst all the hustle and bustle. There is beach access but you have to walk some distance to it. I did see a trolley that seemed to stop at various places so maybe that gets you closer? 🤷🏿‍♂️. The trails are all wide. Biking on some of the unpaved roads is hard because of all the sand. Plenty of firm trails to pedal on though.

This area features two picnic shelters, restrooms, and access to a pristine white sand beach. A unique two-story viewing platform overlooks the waters, offering a panoramic view. Keep an eye out for dolphins, as they've been known to play in this area. From here, you can choose to return by walking on the beach or on the Timpoochee Trail.

This 18-mile trail leads you from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to Rosemary Beach along a wide paved path. At mile 2, the trail takes you along Dune Allen Regional Beach Access, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico as you go.

This spot leads to a beautiful dock with waterfront views of Choctawhatchee Bay. It's one of the many places where you can take a break and enjoy the area's natural beauty.

This mansion, built in the late 1800s, was renovated in 1963 to restore the area to its former glory, retaining many of the original windows. One of the main features is the Wedding Tree, a 600-year-old Spanish moss oak tree, offering abundant photo opportunities.
