The park has a network of singletrack trails for hiking and mountain biking, which wind through the woods by the disc golf course. There is a little pavilion and water bottle refill station by the parking lot.

Located in the very east of Sioux Falls, Arrowhead Park is a popular recreation area just outside the city. It hosts hiking trails, picnic areas and multiple ponds. The park's name results from an arrowhead shaped granite quarry in the park, that is one of the ponds today.

Bullfrog Pond is one of many ponds in Arrowhead Park. It can be reached via Quarry Pond Trail.

Sertoma Park is an outdoor recreation area in the south of Sioux Falls. The are hosts multiple playgrounds, picnic areas (including pavilions), a butterfly house and aquarium and an outdoor center to teach kids about nature. Therefore, it's the perfect spot to spend some family-time.

Nature Walk is a short stroll through Sertoma Park in Sioux Falls. It can be easily done by families and even though it's inside the city, it feels like a nice place to enjoy nature and relax.
