Magnificent view over the archipelago in the Kvarken. We were lucky enough to get an introduction to the area from a guide.

Beautiful lake in the midst of Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park. You can run around and even jump in for a refreshing swim – there is a bathing pier.

The Kauhalammi Trail is a nice short round-trip. It takes you deeper into Pohjankangas National Park with its scenic boardwalks, small forests and the shimmering Kauhalammi, which translates to cow pond.

Breathtaking views from the Vaarunvuori trail down to the large bay of Korospohja.

The rough paths, rustic forests, two small lakes and beautiful views make this relatively easy circular trail a great experience.

The larger of the two idyllic little lakes, along whose shores you will hike on the Vaarunvuori loop.

Wild, romantic pond which you will see on the Mäyränkierros.

Awesome section of the nature trail with stairs and a beautiful view of the lake Suolijärvi.
