The pilgrimage basilica of Our Lady of Klein-Mariazell is one of the oldest shrines on the Mariazell Trail. The ceiling frescoes by Johann Wenzel Bergl are beautiful. In the crypt are the roots of the centuries-old tree of reconciliation, which is linked to the founding of the monastery.
