Just like the Nidda cycle path, the cycle paths along the rivers should be standard on the Wetter to Laubach and the Usa to Saalburg with places where you can linger or with signs pointing to beer gardens, cafés and restaurants that can be reached by bike.

Along the Nidda there is the R4, the long-distance cycle route 4. It is asphalted and you can make good progress
