The washhouse with the oval washbasin was built in 1844.

Church listed as a Historic Monument, known from the 11th century but rebuilt in its current state in the 16th century. It underwent numerous phases of work over the following centuries, relating as much to the building itself as to the furniture and paintings it contains. If you have a moment, don't hesitate to take a look inside and in particular at its altarpieces.

Very small church and its pretty Comtois bell tower decorated with diamonds. It was built in the 16th century (Flamboyant Gothic style) then its facade was redone two centuries later.

The village of Ray-sur-Sâone gives you a taste of Franche-Comté. Its church has a magnificent Comtois-style glazed tile roof. The village, classified as a city of character, is dominated by a medieval castle, which was the largest fortress in Franche-Comté in the Middle Ages. He counted no less than fourteen turns. In the village square you will also find an elegant wash house, which has an unusual oval basin.

The lavoire was a communal building where the clothes were washed. These buildings protected the users against the weather, offer running water and are typical for this part of France. This one has an unusual oval bassin.
