Excellent refuge with the possibility of refreshment and overnight stay. Nice ride in E-bike or MTB with some great climbs that are felt but the path well kept and passable

Located on a promontory at 1,297 m, on the southern slope of Monte Pizzocco, the Casera Ere refuge was born in the early 1970s following the adaptation of the ancient mountain hut on the initiative of the Pro Loco of San Gregorio nelle Alpi. Since 2005 it has been named in memory of Giulio Gazzi, founder and first president of the same Pro Loco. From the back of the refuge a short staircase reaches the splendid viewpoint over Valbelluna. The refuge is open every day in the summer period (from the beginning of June to the end of September). Out of season (February/May and October/November) open on Saturday and Sunday. Hiking bivouac at an altitude of 1577 m in the locality of Palìa, at the foot of Monte Pizzocco. Always open, it is managed by the CAI section of Feltre. It was inaugurated in 1968 by adapting the structures of the disused Malga Palìa and subsequently renovated in the early 1980s. Inside there are 4 beds (on bunk beds). Outside tables, benches, fireplace and work tools. Water at 10 minutes at the aqueduct intake.
