View of three valleys and Mont Blanc

Beautifully situated on a hill, this lake provides refreshment in the summer heat.

A challenging trip that requires a bit of training and effort, but it fully pays off: once you reach the summit, you have a 360 degree view of the main peaks: Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa, Gran Paradiso and so on and so forth put some. The path is easily identifiable at any time, and about halfway there is a mountain hut where you can refresh yourself.

On the way to Colle di Bardoney, turn right towards Lago di Loie. With a bit of luck, you might see chamois and ibexes. The panoramic view is magnificent.

Walking past isolated larches, you finally reach the foot of the waterfalls and can immediately admire the first cascade, while a little further up, after a short steep stretch of path, you can already see the second, more impressive cascade. After crossing a bridge, you come to a grassy plateau (at an altitude of 1745 meters, also the highest point of this hike), from which you can admire the third and most beautiful cascade of the waterfall, which is particularly impressive due to the spectacular flow of the water and the impressive rock layers that formed the waterfall.
