2 boulders with anchors. One that has pillar shape, can be anchored from 3 sides (very easy, easy, hard routes). Holds are mainly pockets of volcanic rock and it is very sharp (easily can cut skin), so be careful

Best way to cross the river at this point without getting wet is by using this old tree.

Around the middle of the way you can cool down in the river. The trail has some challenges and is a bit different every year, the marking is freshly installed every year.

This is the starting point of the Black Grouse Waterfall path. The hiking is easy in the first part until the tree bridge, after that it requires some attention as you will have to walk alongside the river in a stones and fragile path. The waterfall is actually the 20/25m further the present highlight. In general, the path is very well signed and easy to follow.
