The bridge has been removed and the rock has been chipped away to create a new path. The path can now be fully used again.

There is also a fork in the path at Giessenbach, one of which leads on a rustic path over various wooden footbridges directly to the beautiful Giessenfall.

A very nice climb, very steep at the beginning but here it ends.

Sitzberg is a tiny little village. At the church there is a wonderful bench with a tree (= shadow) and a drinking water fountain.

Bench with a wonderful view of the Central Swiss and Bernese Oberland Alps.

Very nice trailiger path along the creek. The small waterfalls are great and the environment is jungle moderate.
