塔は4月から10月（イースター）まで無休で営業しています。入場は無料です。歩行に障害のある方や高所恐怖症の方は、塔を避けることをお勧めします。昇り降りの階段は1つしかありません。塔の内部の階段でのすれ違いは少し難しいです。外階段は約45段、内階段は約65段あります。高さ30メートルの塔の頂上からの眺めは格別です。塔のふもとには、いくつかのベンチとテーブルがある広々とした牧草地があり、くつろぐことができます。ここには、祭りなどの文化イベントが常に開催されています。（教会を除く）塔の隣には、他に訪れる価値のある建物はありません。

Estavayer-le-Lac is a true jewel on Lake Neuchâtel. The charming medieval town offers a unique mix of history and nature. Narrow streets, beautiful half-timbered houses and the imposing Chenaux Castle give Estavayer-le-Lac its special character.

Simply a great bike tour, but only if the visibility is very good. Aarberg is a wonderful place to linger.

Small medieval town to visit on foot but also by bike

The Porte de l'Est and the Roman city walls of Avenches are important remains from the Roman period in Switzerland.
