The Château de Colonster is located in Sart-Tilman, on a rock overlooking the Ourthe valley, on the edge of the city of Liège. The castle and its park have been the property of the University of Liège since 1963. The first references to the castle date back to the fourteenth century. The castle owes its current appearance to Maximilian-Henry of Horion, Count of Horion. The interior of the castle is the work of artist Paul-Joseph Delcloche. In 1966, a fire destroyed a large part of the castle. The restoration and conversion took place under the direction of the architects Henri Lacoste and Jean Opdenberg.

This monument is located at the Tjenneboom. And to know what the "Tjenne" monument stands for, it is useful to know what the Tjenneboom has to do with. And you can read that at https://www.komoot.com/nl-nl/highlight/4011561 Quote: "Tjenne is dialect for Jeanne or Jeanna Michiels who was wrongly burned here in 1667 and was doomed to hell. By carrying her to heaven, the statue symbolizes tolerance above all".

As part of the development work on the Guillemins – Médiacité axis, this structure will allow pedestrians and cyclists to connect the Guillemins station site to the Boverie Park. This structure is 7 m wide and 294 m long. It is made of steel and has a wooden deck. The supporting structure of the main span over the Meuse (163 m) is of the suspended type and placed laterally in relation to the deck, thus providing a completely unobstructed view of the city.

From the information board on the other side of the path: "On April 30, 2004, the statue of witch Tjenne was inaugurated. The Tjenne statue was made by sculptor Gerard Moonen, commissioned by the land consolidation Mettekoven. Tjenne is dialect for Jeanne or Jeanna Michiels who was wrongly burned here in 1667 and doomed to hell. By carrying her to heaven anyway, the statue symbolizes tolerance above all."
