In September, large sections are impassable due to the many loose stones and very steep cliffs. Bikes often have to be pushed or carried. Therefore, they are not suitable for beginners.

I followed the entire route along the SP1, but there are several trails in the woods that branch off from the dirt road and then rejoin. The highest point is at the end of the Santadi area, then you descend again to the picnic area. I recommend following the SP1 for the uphill sections and using the trails to descend the mountains.

The highlights are of course beautiful. The tour itself (path) is difficult to navigate and has to be pushed for a large part. Washed out, sharp stones, very narrow, thorns.
