Wonderful rest area, plenty of seating, a nicely decorated shelter including a well-stocked liquor cabinet and a trash can (you could also dispose of empty bottles here 👆). We spent a lovely break there.

The cycle path between Wachenheim and Forst - a small but wonderful adventure trip through the vineyards! Here you don't just cycle from A to B, but immerse yourself in the pure Palatinate landscape. The route winds gently through the vines, with views of wide vineyards and the picturesque villages. Sometimes you can smell the scent of grapes in the air, sometimes a gentle wind blows over the fields while the sun makes the vines shine. The route is perfect for relaxed cycling, enjoying the view and discovering a little piece of the Palatinate in every village.
