Here, photos of two beautiful Unstrut bridges are shown in a highlight. The title picture belongs to the second in the city park at the church. The other, longer bridge is in the city park at the end of the canoeists' whitewater canal. The comments sometimes refer to one bridge, sometimes to the other. The cycle path goes past the longer bridge, sharp right turn, the cycle path goes over the small bridge by the church. Both beautiful!

This route from Erfurt to the mouth of the Gera can only be recommended. It is better to stop and wait if there is oncoming traffic on the causeway.

A bit tight, but everything goes with consideration. And driving on the dam is always a pleasure. Just before the Gera flows into the Unstrut.
