This is a small rest area along the road #71. It has a nice view on the Motosu lake (5 lake around Mt. Fuji) and the minami alps (southern alps). I'd suggest to go around Mt. Fuji on the road #71, because it has much less traffic compared to the road #139, just be aware that it has a higher evaluation gain.

Please keep in mind, going down the Yabitsu Pass, towards the Miyagase Lake, the road is still closed, so you can't reach the Lake.
