数週間前に友人とマンモスマーチにここに来ましたが、これは美しいトレイルでした!! 高低差はきついかもしれませんが、電解質タブレットを強くお勧めします！ 30分ごとに2つほど噛んでいましたが、命を救われました。22マイル歩いたので、少なくとも4リットルの水とたくさんのハイキング用炭水化物が必要でした。 コロンビア チタニウム オムニドライ ハイキングミスを1足購入しましたが、素晴らしかったです！ ハイキングの前に数回履きましたが、足はずっと幸せでした。痛みもなく、完全に乾いていました!! このトレイルにはさまざまな種類の地形があるので、良いハイキングシューズを強くお勧めします。峡谷は滝 along with 美しかったです。また来ます!!
