The stone clay dates back to the 1st millennium BC and contains ancient Bronze Age stone graves at the eastern edge of the grove. At the center of the grove, in a 40 x 40 m area, is a megalithic structure built of boulders on an exposed limestone slab. The monument is 3 m high, has a circumference of 55 m, and a diameter of 16 m. It is surrounded by stone circles of varying radii, oriented toward the center.

A truly beautiful lighthouse on the north coast of Hiuumaa and the memorial for the children who died in the sinking of the Estonia. The Estonia sank in the middle of the night in a severe storm on September 28, 1994. 852 people died, and only 137 were rescued.

Palade is a small village in the north of the coast, first mentioned in the 16th century. It was primarily settled by Baptists, an evangelical group characterized by strong pacifist interests. Hence the name of the community center, "For Peace."

An open-air museum that is also an agricultural education center and is open in summer.
