This typical rock castle is the highest castle in the Palatinate. From here you have a fantastic view of the Wasgau. There are three other castle ruins in the immediate vicinity.

If you hike the rock path, a detour to the Lammerfelsen is worthwhile. But go further than to the observation bench, there are two more beautiful rock groups. At the back you can walk along the rock on the right, but it is a dead end and it drops steeply. There is no ladder on the rocks.
